He is a pastoral deity who looks after livestock. He will protect your flocks and ensure safe grazing for your herds. All he asks is a few burnt animal testicles by way of sacrificial payment. It’s up to you to decide if you have the balls for this.
He is similar in some ways to the Slavic Veles. Except for the testicles bit.
