The Dragon King of the Sea

He is Lord of the Ocean and wielder of the Tide Jewels that make the tides work.

He lives in a lovely coral palace and is served by half-human, half-fish butlers. Ryujin’s daughter is the lovely luminous Toyotama-Hime.
