CAVILLACA

Inca Childbirth Goddess

Also known as Cavillace

Inca Goddess of Virgin Birth

Brace yourself. This is a virgin Goddess who became pregnant from eating fruit. Not ordinary fruit, but fruit that Moon God Coniraya rather unpleasantly created from his own sperm.

Unlike other holy virgin mothers we could mention, Cavillaca was very upset to find herself with child and demanded to know which God was responsible. No-one admitted being the daddy, but her almost instantaneous child started crawling towards the abashed Moon God.

As he was in beggar mode at the time, not to mention being an unpleasant dirty raincoat deity, she was horrified and ran away to Peru where she threw herself and child into the sea where they turned into rocks.
