WYRD

Germanic concept

Also known as Wurdiz

Fate is weird stuff

Wyrd? It really is. This is the ancient concept of fate or destiny. In Norse mythology Wyrd developed a personality and became Urd, one of the Wyrd Sisters known as Norns. In the ancient obscurity of lost myths, she may even have been the mother of them all in the first place. That might sound weird but this is normal behavior for Norns.

GodNote: Sorry this Wyrd article is a bit short. We have sent our Data Dwarves off to find more nuggets of information. Updates coming soon.
