SATET

Egyptian Flooding Goddess

Goddess of Bountiful Floods

She was in charge of flooding the Nile to ensure fertile crops. Now they have dams. Damnation — she seems to have been made redundant. But perhaps she’s in charge of dams too.

Her husband and/or business partner is Fertility God Khnum, and her sister is Anuket. Together they form a Holy Trinity of Nile Inundation.
