St. DIONYSIUS OF ALEXANDRIA

Christian Saint

Also known as Dionysius The Great

Bishop of Alexandria

He is not to be confused with his contemporary Dionysius who was Pope.

Actually he had a far more exciting life than the Pope, having to flee and live in exile.

But he always bounced back and argued with everybody — such as the aforementioned Dionysius — about all sorts of things like denying that the Book of Revelation was written by St. John or that in Christ would not return in 1,000 years.

And now he knows he was right about certain things.
