ANOTCHI

Ashanti legendary mortal

Heroic Medicine Man

Anotchi is the amazing medicine man who sided with the Asante tribe and brought down an incredible golden chair from the sky.

This piece of holy furniture contains the spirit of the Asante people and no-one is allowed to sit on it. Not even the king. He just has to squat and pretend.

The mighty stool even has its own umbrella to adorn it during ceremonial occasions. If you feel we are trying to fool you, the stool should still be residing at the Royal Palace in Kumasi.
