One of the Long Wang Dragon Kings..

Ao Qin was the first dragon brother summoned by Ao Guang when Monkey showed up demanding goodies and funky clothing. Threatened by the deadly Iron Wishing Staff, Ao Qin reluctantly handed over a cap of red gold.
